Package: module-init-tools Version: 3.2.2-3 Followup-For: Bug #333052
Hello, I'm also being bitten by this bug, where ohci_hcd or ehci_hcd randomly fails to load at bootup. Doing a manual modprobe afterwards works like a charm. The errors that I get are: kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_pci_suspend kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_resume_root_hub kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_pci_probe kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_disabled kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_calc_bus_time kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_pci_resume kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_giveback_urb kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_suspend_root_hub kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_hcd_pci_remove kernel: ohci_hcd: Unknown symbol usb_root_hub_lost_power Jan -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17.13 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages module-init-tools depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii lsb-base 3.1-15 Linux Standard Base 3.1 init scrip module-init-tools recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
