You As you can read in the bug report, according to one of the FTP Masters (James Troup), the OPL license without options is fine for main. That comment is authoritative for us Vim maintainers, since the FTP Masters have the last word about what is acceptable in the various sections of the Debian archive and what is not. Since the Vim manual is licensed as OPL without options, I'm closing the bug with the present mail.
