Hi, unfortunatly I'm not able to reproduce your bug. I have some long running Dansguardian installations here and they produce normal tempfiles, so I need some more infos: what files are in your tempdirectory? are there any strange log messages and so on. Until I have an answer I tend to downgrade your bug to normal.
