Dear Maintainer,
Due to the transition to numpy2, matplotlib and other packages that
depend on it are getting unsatisfiable build dependencies on
python3-numpy-abi9. I first got this error when trying to update
upstream of the package python3-matplotlib-venn, that has the following
in its build-depends:
python3-matplotlib,
python3-shapely,
python3-scipy

upstream of the package python3-matplotlib-venn, that has the following

python3-scipy
This was due to a dependency loop with pandas, reported as #1094385 and already
solved. Closing this.
Cheers,
Emilio
