Dear maintainer(s),
Python 3.13 removes a large amount of so called 'dead battery' libraries
from the standard library. As such, code that imports these libraries
will no longer work in Python 3.13, which is the targeted version for
Trixie.
The following removed libraries were found in this package:
cgitb: scribus/plugins/scripter/python/excepthook.py:10
See this link for more details:
https://peps.python.org/pep-0594/#deprecated-modules
Cheers,

Although that source code is present, it is unused in Debian's scribus
package since it is only used if a non-default build option is used,
as discussed previously on this bug. Therefore, I am closing this bug.
Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
