I am unable to reproduce this issue in Debian Testing with the information provided. If further information is not provided, this bug will be closed. In other words, Inkscape runs for me without crashing. Therefore, I am lowering the severity of this issue. I believe Inkscape is installable using Experimental now. If it isn't, please file a separate bug since it is not the same as this issue. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
