The branch v0.3 of rust crate criterion has last seen a release in 2022.
Newest branch v0.5 is also in Debian, last updated upstream in mid 2023.

All packages should migrate away from criterion v0.3, as that will *not*
be maintained in Debian any longer, and should therefore be dropped as
soon as possible.  One option is to migrate to criterion v0.5.  A better
option might be to package  codspeed-criterion-compat and migrate to
that, given that it is actively maintained upstream.
