rust-version-sync 0.9.5-5 is unable to migrate to Testing because its
autopkgtests fail on several architectures.
In particular, it patches Cargo.toml to require rust-pulldown-cmark
0.11 but it leaves debian/control to accept any version less than
0.12. I would expect debian/control to have
librust-pulldown-cmark-0.11-dev or you could modify Cargo.toml to
accept other version numbers.
