Hi. I'm not happy that a bug which I report is closed

Apologies, I also spent a fair debugging #1078381 and #1020127, that
ended up a build environment issue in the mass rebuild setup, and
mistakenly supposed this one was a similar problem (even if I noticed
the test output was different).
Three days ago the failure was 100% reproducible.
Tried again today and now the failure does not happen.
Sorry I didn’t try a few days earlier…
So I diffed the build logs and found this:
-Setting up rabbitmq-server (3.10.8-4) ...
+Setting up rabbitmq-server (4.0.5-1) ...
and in fact rabbitmq-server (on which php-amqplib
seems to rely heavily for the tests) was broken
