mipsel-osuosl-04:
133/133 qemu:block / io-qcow2-220 TIMEOUT
180.12s killed by signal 15 SIGTERM

other current buildds:
133/133 qemu:block / io-qcow2-220 OK
90.53s 1 subtests passed

Usually the speed difference between these buildds is more
like factor 1.5, but it differs in different situations.

On riscv64 the timeout was doubled, and that's barely sufficient:
133/133 qemu:block / io-qcow2-220 OK
303.61s 1 subtests passed

Please give a generous increase like -t5 on all architectures.

The timeout does not matter when a test passes.

The timeout does not matter when a test fails.
It's important to realize this fact.

The timeout only brings a benefit in the rare case when a test hangs.

It is not worth the hassle to try to keep timeouts low,
the benefit in the case where many tests hang is quite rare
and not worth the hassle of too short timeouts causing failures.
