nautilus also FTBFS in reproducible-builds (on all architectures tested,
not just arm64) at around that time, but now builds successfully there:

The logs aren't kept, so there's no proof that this was specifically
this bug, but it seems likely.
Also, multiple new versions have been uploaded and successfully built
since then. (Not at the right time to be what fixed this bug, implying
that the bug was in something other than nautilus itself, but evidence
that it now also succeeds on the buildds.)
Hence, I suggest closing this bug.
