Running semanage doesn't work (just typing 'semanage' yields import
errors), which also breaks the install of
selinux-policy-refpolicy-targeted which seems to call semanage.
My workaround was this:
ln -s /usr/share/python-support/python-semanage/semanage.py
/var/lib/python-support/python2.4/semanage.py
ln -s /usr/share/python-support/python-selinux/selinux.py
/var/lib/python-support/python2.4/selinux.py
