(I expected apt-listbugs to warn me about this, but it doesn't. I assume
it's because I already have the 'found' version. Let me try marking as
notfound in testing and found in unstable versions, so it hopefully
warns others.)

Looks like a /lib -> /usr/lib substitution was missed in the rules file:
