During a rebuild of all packages in sid, superlu-dist failed to build on
arm64 with the following error. On amd64 the package builds correctly.

Due to the use of an amd64-specific include path (x86_64-linux-gnu), it
is likely that the package fails to build on other non-amd64
architectures as well.
