FTR: I haven't investigated this particular issue so I don't have a
firm opinion. But given that our psutils package is now deliberately
not updateing to lots of new upstream stuff, probably, we should err
on the side of keeping things the way they have been in previous
releases.
Unless, of course, we could figure out what's actually wrong, but that
may be a lot of work.
I'm happy to defer to the judgement of others on the particular
decision/resolution here.
