Hi Peter, we're trying to complete the /usr-move transition. As part of that, we sent a bug #1073748, raised it to RC, and Chris Hofstaedler eventually NMUed tor/0.4.8.12-1.1. Unfortunately, your .13-1 upload fails to incorporate the NMU. As a result, it moves the systemd units and generator back to aliased paths. In the trixie release, we want to install no files below /lib in any package to eliminate the negative effects of aliasing. Please incorporate the NMU. Helmut
