While trying to wrap up a bug report upstream, I noted that the pyproject.toml file documents a requirement on quantities 0.16.1 but we are still at 0.16.0. It might be worth checking what happens with the newer "quantities" before pinging neo upstream. Hope this helps, :) -- .''`.
