Hi Giacomo, we already encountered this in Bug #1085405, and released this morning a fix PETSc 3.21.6+dfsg1-2. buildd hasn't built the package yet on all arches, because some of them still need to wait for a fix on openmpi 5.x itself. amd64 (which is your arch in the report) built successfully however, so you should get a working PETSc soon-ish. Will keep this open until PETSc is rebuilt on all archs. Cheers, Francesco
