Hi. I think the way you fixed this was not optimal:

The dependency was only "required" because of the --with-quilt argument to dh.
So, once that we remove --with-quilt from dh call, dpkg-dev will handle the
quilt
stuff "natively", as the package uses '3.0 (quilt)' source format.
Since this package is orphaned and hosted in salsa, I've fixed this myself
via another QA upload.
