this is a bug related to curl version, wich is present in other distro too, as
reported here:

it seems there is a solution, as far as i can understand, showed here

i cannot suggest myself other solutions, apart downgrading debian version, but
in my system flatpak is broken
and i can't find a practical solution, so i made this report
