Hi Maintainer As can be seen in experimental [1], r-cran-wcgna is missing a build-dependency on 32-bit architectures. Dependency installability problem for r-cran-wgcna on armhf: r-cran-wgcna build-depends on: - r-bioc-annotationdbi:armhf (>= 1.66.0) r-bioc-annotationdbi depends on missing: - r-bioc-iranges:armhf (>= 2.38.1) Although r-cran-wgcna 1.72-5-1 successfully built in unstable while this dependency was still available, it is unable to migrate to testing [2] and blocks the migration of r-bioc-netsam [3] as well. I think removing r-cran-wgcna's 32-bit binary packages should be sufficient to resolve this.
