Please ask for unarr removal. Upstream does not see much development activity 
nowadays.
This is a leaf library package. There are many alternatives in Debian. Most 
prominently libarchive.
Upstream forked this from unar but does not keep up with its development, see 
e.g.
https://github.com/selmf/unarr/issues/3
