Unfortunately, this does not work (for me):
apt-src_0.25.4.dsc:
dscverify: apt-src_0.25.4.dsc failed signature check:
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: the signature could not be verified.
Please remember that the signature file (.sig or .asc)
should be the first file given on the command line.
Validation FAILED!!

Do you maybe have git repository I could clone? Or can you 
tar up the the current state and make it available somewhere?
