My next upload (today) will disable the autopkgtest of reform-setup-wizard and
should thus not be an issue anymore for you. Sorry for the inconvenience this
has caused you.

No, the bug is probably in the VNC server wayvnc which is serving me a
screenshot with the RGBA values in reverse making it look like this:
