From upstream: the mypy plugin in sqlalchemy is deprecated. I checked codesearch.debian.net and only one package references the plugin, but it doesn't run mypy during the build. https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=sqlalchemy.ext.mypy.plugin&literal=1 Dear maintainer, please disable the "test/ext/mypy/test_mypy_plugin_py3k.py::MypyPluginTest::test_plugin_files" tests Perhaps by adding `-k "(not test_plugin_files)"` to the pytest invocation.
