Marc denies having done so.  Andi isn't around to check with, but I can't
see any reason why he would have given approval to upload a new package via
t-p-u either -- if anything, this should have been either a squashfs-2.6.16
uploaded via unstable, or a squashfs uploaded via testing built for 2.6.16. 

Regardless, I see no reason to accept the package now given that 2.6.17 is
due in testing soon.
