Package: vim-latexsuite

Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
It seems that vim doesn't load the plugin.
In vim i don't have :TTemplate for example. In fact I don't have any specific
comand of this plugin.
However I can see the following help pages (and maybe others).
:help latex-suite
:help latex
:help latex-suite-credits
I have another 3 plugins. All from the package vim-plugins: gnupg.vim,
svncommand.vim, vimspell.vim
I have tried in another computer with sarge and every thing worked okay.
I have included my .vimrc and the output when i run: $vim -V2
