I agree that this would be nice, but I can't see how the lack of this
feature would warrant a serious bug.
Because it's a violation of the policy requirement that packages must Depend
on the packages they need for proper operation.
Of course, I forgot to clarify that acpid is not required, as suggested
by the error message.
