We would like to stop building libsoup2.4 and only use libsoup3 instead.
gnome-video-arcade has been archived which means no bug reports, merge
requests, or code fixes are being accepted.
Maybe we should do like Fedora and remove gnome-video-arcade.
Probably lutris and retroarch or MAME itself are better choices.
