zhcon needs to be rebuild against libgii1. Currently, it depends on
libgii0 (through the build-dep on libggi2), but libgii0 was removed
from sid and libggi2 now depends on libgii1.

zhcon doesn't depend on libgii0; I don't see any evidence that it needs a
rebuild.
