Hello. This is probably fixed by adding tzdata-legacy to Build-Depends. However, that's not necessarily the only way to fix it. Some timezones have moved recently from tzdata to tzdata-legacy. So, it would be also possible to add a build-depends on tzdata only (which debootstrap will not install by default in the near future), and drop the tests using timezones in tzdata-legacy. (What should be done for this particular package, I don't know). Thanks.
