I'm sorry for delay, but I couldn't find a problem from your configuration. I understood all of your printers were taken by using network browsing. - Could you try to update cups to 1.2.2-1? - If you still have a problem, please set LogLevel debug in cupsd.conf and restart. Is there any message in /var/log/cups/error_log? - Please send me your /etc/cups/cupd.conf after the update.
