Control: reopen -1 This bug was marked as fixed in a new-upstream upload of freebayes to experimental. But my testing on Ubuntu shows that a no-change rebuild of freebayes 1.3.6-2 against current libvcflib is sufficient to fix the segfault. This implies that libvcflib has actually broken ABI without changing its SONAME, and that this is what is causing the segfault. So I don't consider it correct to mark this bug as "fixed" in freebayes, as libvcflib1 needs a rename to block the new library being loaded by old binaries.
