In testing/unstable that is 8.0.0.
8.1.0 is in experimental. I suggest to add
https://github.com/openzim/libzim/commit/d443c8aaefba1678e563f94604f51f5a1f3b7ac0
as a patch to it (applies cleanly) and move it to unstable.
Please also add an autopkgtest so that it can migrate without unblock request.
With that, python-libzim will build and the reason for reverting zimlib back to
8.0.0
should also be fine.
