Hi Stefano,unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the error you're seeing. Therefore, I'm downgrading the bug's severity to important, to avoid LyX being removed from the next Debian stable release.
I suspect that the error you're experiencing comes from another package, which has to do with the graphic environment you're using. I have no idea, which package that might be, though.
