Package: wireplumber Version: 0.4.13-1 Severity: grave If I replace pipewire-media-session with wireplumber then playing video in browsers (e.g. Youtube and other similar sites, or even just embedded <video> tags) stutters and stops. Just pressing the mute button in the video player makes video work as usual, 100% reproducibile. I have reproduced this both with Firefox and Chrome.
Installing again pipewire-media-session and rebooting fixed this. -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=it_IT.utf8, LC_CTYPE=it_IT.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages wireplumber depends on: ii init-system-helpers 1.65.2 ii libc6 2.36-8 ii libglib2.0-0 2.74.5-1 ii libpipewire-0.3-0 0.3.64-2 pn libwireplumber-0.4-0 <none> ii pipewire 0.3.64-2 Versions of packages wireplumber recommends: pn pipewire-pulse <none> Versions of packages wireplumber suggests: ii libspa-0.2-bluetooth 0.3.64-2 pn wireplumber-doc <none> -- ciao, Marco
