Correct. Thanks for pointing this out. The bug is still a wish of mine, but I haven't had a response from upstream. It should remain open. I'm also reopening #373247 because the buildds have not yet build asis on all supported architectures. I've asked the buildd maintainers to take the new architectures into account and trigger a build on the new ones.
