Either downgrade the python-gnome2 packages, if you can, or compile your own version of revelation applied the patch somebody attached a couple days ago to this report. Note that the patch was sent in reversed form, so you need to pass the -R option to patch's command line. I wonder if the maintainer uses this package at all.
