Dear whatmaps maintainer,
whatmaps' postinst maintscript fails when run in a newly created
unstable system, as used by autopkgtest.
Setting up whatmaps (0.0.12-3) ...
sed: can't read /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20services: No such file
or directory
dpkg: error processing package whatmaps (--configure):
installed whatmaps package post-installation script
subprocess returned error exit status 2

As of 2022-09-28, this can be reproduced using autopkgtest and lxc:
$ sudo autopkgtest-build-lxc debian sid
$ autopkgtest . -- lxc --sudo autopkgtest-sid
