Bug#1020837: gajim: Dependency to gtk 3.24.30 not available in backports

Unfortunately, I had to revert to 1.4.7.
The GTK+ dependency was not to workaround.
If there is ever a bullseye-backport of GTK+, I'll upgrade Gajim, too.
