That seems premature. Right now, ppp is broken and won't install on sid because of this change. It would have worked fine with /sbin/MAKEDEV because makedev (being required) is configured and installed before ppp. So could you revert this change and use /sbin/MAKEDEV instead for the moment, then work with whoever needs to care to make udev a required package? -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
