This week, there is a new Unicode 15 release. In Debian, unicode-data has been updated to 15.0.0. utf8proc needs to be updated to building against the current unicode-data in Debian. This issue was detected by failing autopkgtests triggered by the new unicode-data release. Thank you, Jeremy Bicha
