this dummy package makes no sense: a) openoffice.org-soikko already has a RC bug so openoffioce.org2-soikko won't get in anyway (testing does testing migration per source packages). So with this bug, openoffice.org-soikko also never will enter testing because it's averything one source package b) openoffice.org2-soikko should *not* stay in sid and get a dummy bug (useless, see a) ) but completely removed. Just disable it from your build and it will semi-automnatically get removed from the archive. I'll NMU soon for b) I guess if to that time nothing happened...
