Because we want to reduce the amount of llvm-toolchain source packages
in testing, I am going to remove src:llvm-toolchain-12 from bookworm
soon. Once the source is removed, your package will fail to build from
source in bookworm.
Please migrate your builld dependency to a different version of
llvm-*dev, ideally to the unversioned one. Currently we have
llvm-11-dev and llvm-13-dev in testing too, but we'll try to remove 11
before the bookworm release.
