bibledit violates the Unicode data license, which is one of embedded utf8proc's licenses. While it is really problematic by itself to repack the source and get rid of license files, in this case the license is not represented by debian/copyright and has conditions that are not met. Also, stb's license is excluded and not represented in debian/copyright, which is not a license violation (Unlicense is a an option) but it is certainly a Debian Policy violation.
