Control: affects 1014964 src:gmsh

This is due to netgen currently FTBFS (#1014964), which makes it impossible to
rebuild netgen
and then gmsh against the new opencascade. (#1015254)

(Closing this bug as this bug is a duplicate of the netgen bug)
