The doc-linux-* packages were very useful 20 years ago.
In the meantime Linux has changed a lot,
but the documentation has not been updated.
Updates in the past 15 years were minor updates,
everywhere the contents is outdated and sometimes
even the topic is completely irrelevant now.
A translation of outdated documentation stays outdated.
IMHO our users will be better served without this package in
buster, there are better sources of information available.
