The library needs B+R against gnunet-gtk, not -dev. Please use the same version constraint for both the Breaks+Replaces.(You don't want to potentially take over files from versions that aren't covered by a Breaks: install $package; install $replacer; remove $replacer; dpkg considers $package as correctly installed but it has lost some files)
