It seems that the package lvm2 renamed: - /lib/udev/rules.d/69-lvm-metad.rules
To: - /lib/udev/rules.d/69-lvm.rules I needed to copy the file manually to workaround the issue: - cp -a /lib/udev/rules.d/69-lvm.rules /lib/udev/rules.d/69-lvm-metad.rules
