xygrib build-depends on libgrib2c-dev which is no longer built by the g2clib source package. It is still present in unstable as a cruft package, but is completely gone from testing. Changing the build-dependency to libg2c-dev resulted in a succesful build in my test environment.I have not tested if the resulting packages actually work.
